Operations Management App

The main purpose of the Operations Management App is to simplify daily tasks for Operations staff by allowing them to perform their duties directly from their mobile devices.

The app provides the same functionalities available on the Dispatch Web system, enabling users to complete their operational tasks in a more flexible and mobile-friendly environment.


Login Process

When the user opens the application for the first time, they are required to:

  1. Enter their Company Code. Screenshot

  2. Enter their Username and Password Screenshot

Once the login process is completed successfully, the application opens and displays only the screens and features that the user has permission to access — exactly as configured in Dispatch Web.

The home screen displays:

  • The Company Logo
  • The User’s Name
  • The Branch assigned to the user
